A modern ‘finca’ arose in the beautiful old cultural landscape of southern Spain with its olive trees, orange groves and agricultural terraces. The stacked walls, which are metioned ‘bancales de piedra’, form the basis of the interplay of lines in the paradisical garden of 2 hectares. The smooth transition between the ‘finca’ and its surrounding is the strength of the design. A long passerelle connects the house with the surrounding flower fields. The garden fits into the environment by only using native trees an schrubs from the region. Almost 60 percent of the area is sown with wild flowers and herbs. Therefore, the garden perfectly fits to its surrounding. Thousands of flowers, dancing in the wind, countless butterflies, insects and birds make it a vibrant scenery.
