The estate consists of three parts, containing three very different buildings. For the design, the estate was approached as a single entity, with a three-part division in a subtle and green way. The area is surrounded by large ponds and meandering ditches, lined with thickets and wooded banks of indigenous forest vegetation, creating depth and sightlines. Furthermore, solitary trees and reed beds have been planted, and a wildflower meadow and pond have been created. The pond has a natural look, which is in line with the atmosphere of the estate. Gardens around the houses match the architecture and merge into the natural part of the landscape.
